Bohol - Day 1, Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary

You haven't been to Bohol if you haven't seen the Philippine Tarsier yet.

As part of the countryside tour, we visited the tarsier sanctuary. The sanctuary's actually very small, I was expecting a larger area for the tarsiers. Anyway, here's what we saw:

Since tarsiers are nocturnal animals, we weren't allowed to use flash on our cameras so as not to startle them. They're pretty quiet and hang on to a branch all day. On some days, that's all I want to do. Hehe.

Some bat.. animal.. thing :P

We also visited the cage where the biggest python is being kept. There were other animals there.

This is the cutest monkey I've ever seen. He just sits there peacefully eating something. The other monkey we saw at the tarsier sanctuary is evil. Hehe
