Bohol - Day 2, Dolphin Watching

We woke up early the next day for dolphin watching. I was looking forward to it because it would be my first time to see real wild dolphins swimming in the open sea, which are definitely far from the ones you see at your usual theme/marine park sea animal shows. I grabbed my camera and my telephoto lens (kebs na lang sa saltwater damage :P) and hopped on the motor boat at 6 am. We were told that the dolphins come out before 8 in the morning, so we have to be there early.

It took us around 30 minutes to get to Balicasag where the dolphins are. When we got there, there were more than 10 boats in the area also waiting to see the dolphins. We patiently waited... until:

Amazing :) Upon hearing the sound of the motorboat, the dolphins would dive back in the water, leaving us guess where they'll pop out next. Unfortunately, our guesses were always wrong. Hehe. But we were able to follow them around for about 30 minutes. It was truly breathtaking.

We went snorkeling after that. No pictures there. Now I want to get a waterproof camera and learn how to dive :) and get my own dolphin. harhar

At the virgin island somewhere. And I look like crap here. Haha:
